I went to the Dr. today and things are back to normal and right on track. I am so glad. I still need to take it easy because at any time my BP can jump again if I don't watch it. So, still a lot of lounging around for me. Some might think that it is great to have a legit excuse to do hardly anything, but let me tell ya... I feel like the biggest lump. It's driving me nuts that the apartment isn't totally clean, but I'll survive. Thursday night I leave for a California for my baby shower down there. It should be fun to see everyone that I have known for forever. I am excited for it. I'm also excited for
Friday night because a bunch of my girlfriends and I are going to go to dinner at Olive Garden. It's been FOREVER since we've all been together, so it should make for some fun reminiscing! :)
At my appointment I asked the Dr. if I would be getting anymore ultrasounds. He told me that probably not unless something looks like it is going wrong. Then he measured my tummy and he told me that I am measuring 33 weeks, when in reality I am only 29 weeks along. So if in a month I am still measuring really big, then we will probably get an ultrasound to see just how big this baby is going to be. Good heavens it would be my luck that I am going to have a 12 pound baby. AGH! When I told me Dad he told me that I should have told the Dr. that I prefer to deliver the baby without his football pads on. :) I told my Dr. that the 2nd string quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts weighed 13 pds. when he was born (David and I hear that during a pre-season game). The Dr. looked at me with big eyes and said, "I have never delivered a baby that big." My response was, "Well, I hope I'm not the first." So we'll see, it would be fun to see another picture of Tucker, but it would be even more fun if he was born at a weight of oh... let's say... 8 lbs. or so. :)
Tucker certainly is becoming more active. He has started to stretch his legs into my ribs. That's loads of fun. And he has conformed me into quite the contortionist. I looked down at my tummy yesterday morning and the right side was poking out and really hard, and the left side was softer and not as protruded. David and I laughed because it looked so funny. Only about 10 1/2 more weeks until our little man is due to arrive. Then we can FINALLY see what he looks like, I can't wait! :)

That is so great to hear that things are moving along well! I can't believe that you are measuring 33 weeks, you better be ready to go anytime! Ethan was born at 37 and 6 days and was a measly 6.12oz :) Can't wait for dinner on Friday...who all is going? Oh and thanks for the update on the pics I have been a little nervous about them! Love you!

Don't even worry about it...mush brain...I know the feeling trust me! ;) And I don't want to load up your evening...remember Dr's orders are RELAX!!! Dinner sounds yummy...if you really want me there..sniff sniff...and I'm all over the passion! But lets not worry about the pedis.
The finish line is in sight! Hooray! I hope everything continues to go well. :)
There is a lady I work with and she just had a 13lb 12oz baby a few weeks ago. I'm not even kidding. She set the record at our Providence Hospital. Now I will tell you she was a large lady to begin with and she had diabetes but she was 2 weeks early and the doctor said that even if she wasn't diabetic, she still would have at at least a 12lb baby. He is like 3 months now and in 12mo clothing. Egad!
Olive Garden is amazing. I love you. I am so glad that things are going better. I can't wait to meet the little man.
