"There is no one perfect way to be a good mother. Each situation is unique. Each mother has different challenges, different skills and abilities, and certainly different children. The choice is different and unique for each mother and each family... What matters is that a mother loves her children deeply and, in keeping with the devotion she has for God and her husband, prioritizes them above all else."
M. Russell Ballard

30-Days of Thankfulness

thankful2 I did this on my blog last year and it seemed to make for a great November, so I thought I would do it again this year. I would love it if everyone did it too so I can know what you are thankful for. Everyday (I will do 2 today to make up for missing yesterday), I will post about something that I am grateful for. These are in no particular order, just things I am grateful for.

11/1 -  I am so thankful for music and the spirit that it can bring into my own. Church music always brings a special spirit in, but also any kind of music can turn my worst mood into a happy moment. Nothing makes me happier than to watch Tucker dance as soon as music comes on, his whole body seems to light up with enjoyment! For almost any moment in my life I can find a song that to soundtrack it with perfectly. :)

11/2 – Friends, all types of friends; acquaintances, best friends, family friends, etc. I don’t know how I would get through some days without friends. I love knowing that I have people that I can call no matter what and they are there for me. I feel so fortunate to know that no matter how far apart some of my friends and I are geographically, we are always just a phone call away from each other.
