Today I am grateful for my awesome husband. He is so fantastic to me. He works so hard everyday to provide for our family and allow me to stay home with Tucker. He lets me do so many things that I enjoy. He takes GREAT care of Tucker even when I am not around. And he is an AMAZING father!
EXTREMELY cute story:
Yesterday afternoon Tucker woke up from his afternoon nap around 4:15. David is normally home within a reasonable amount of time after Tucker wakes up, and Tucker has recently caught onto that. The front room window was open to let some air in, and while Tucker was playing near there he heard a car door shut and a mans voice. All of a sudden he got SO excited and tried his hardest to stand on his tip toes to see out the window. When he couldn’t see out the window he ran over to the door saying, “Hi, Hi, Hi, Hi” very excitedly. When I finally got his attention and said, “Bubba, I don’t think it’s Dadda yet.” He got this look on his face that was priceless. It was like he was saying, “What a rip, I heard a mans voice, where’s my Dadda?” I know it made David’s day when he came home and I told him that story. They have such a great bond, I love it.
