It's amazing how priorities change when you have a baby. Here is an example of what my kitchen would look like before Tucker came...
(note: this is not my real kitchen, just one I found online to use an example of how clean my would be)
Since Tucker has been born, my kitchen more often looks like this...
(note: again, not my real kitchen, just an example of how messy it gets)
This is just one example of how priorities have changed. Normally after dinner or any meal the kitchen is picked up and cleaned. Not so much anymore, just doesn't seem as urgent. And things like laundry. Normally it's all done in one day, and by done I mean washed, dried, folded and put away. Now it get's washed and dried hopefully in one day, sometimes it gets washed one day and forgotten about so rewashed the next day and hopefully dried, and then probably put away the day after that! Life just has things that are more important now! :) Things like this... Napping with my baby any chance I get! :)

Yes!! Sleep and Snuggling baby are the two most important things!!
Amen Jenn! my house used to be spotless before kids, now it is not so much...I try, but now with two and the third on the way a load of wash takes a freakin' week to complete...wash, forget about it over night, re-wash, (sometimes repeat again!) then dry, then sit in a basket in the hall until I use everything out of it...fold the remaing two or three items...repeat! ha! But playing with the kiddies is more important! luv ya!
I have one word for a new Mom "Exhausted!" Wish I could be there to help. Miss you.
You look so comfortable in that picture... or not. Well at least Tucker looks comfortable. I kind of wish Dusty had taken some pictures of me like this so I could look back and laugh at myself.
