Hangin' with the Girls

Last Friday night I planned a get together with a bunch of girl friends. I know, shocker that I would plan a girls night. When I was single and living in California I think Lisa (my best friend) and I had a girls night atleast every other week, even with just each other (sometimes those were the best... LOVE YA LISA). Anyway, I have had a girls night really since I got married. Wait, I take that back, I have had one or two, but they were always with my single friends out here. Anyway, so a couple of weeks ago I thought it was about time that we have a girls night with all of my married friends. It would give them time away from there babies, and time to just be girls (not Mom's, wives, visiting teachers or anything just girls.) We had a really good time together. We went to Red Robin, and on to the "Mall" to do some Christmas shopping. Everyone seemed to have a really good time, and it was so much fun for me. My friend Shauna remembered to bring her camera and got a picture, so I stole this from her blog. :-) We all had such a good time that I think we might make this a monthly tradition. Here is everyone starting at the left and going around the table... Melody (she's pregnant), Shaira (she's pregnant), Jeri (loves anmials), Teressa (studying for her CPA), Shauna (in the process of adopting the most adorable little boy, Logan), Jenn (Madeline's Mom, madelines 7 months old), Me (wishing I was pregnant, or had a kid ;-) soon, soon, soon), Bryndy (Has a little boy Hyrum, so cute), and Katrina (has a little girl Elizabeth, about 3 or 4 months old).

I'm glad you got the picture. I was going to email you a copy, but you are just more on the ball than I am. Thanks again for planning such a great night, and thanks also for your kind words. It's such a great blessing to have amazing friends. Love ya!

I thought we had gone over this. You are Jenn with two "N"s and I am Jen with one "N". Just kidding. Thanks again for planning the girls night, it was a much needed break.
