As promised, here is the second half of Christmas. Honestly, I am too dang tired to type too much out. So, I give it to you in pictures. :) Those are more fun anyway!
I had to work the morning of Christmas Eve. So before I went in we opened the Christmas Gifts from my parents. This was how excited Tucker was when he realized that we were actually going to let him open the gifts under the tree! :) Such a funny kid!
Here are the rest of the pictures from that morning. Don’t judge my AWESOME hair, I had just woken up and was EXHAUSTED! Tucker had SO Much fun opening the gifts!
Christmas Eve we went up to David’s parents house and had dinner and a little program. All of the grandkids “sang” jingle bells. Tucker that he was SO cool because he got to ring the bell! I know that not all of the kids look the greatest in this picture, but I think Tucker looks stinkin’ cute! After all of the grandkids sang, each family had a chance to showcase a talent. We didn’t do anything because Tucker wasn’t cooperating! Oh well! Here are a bunch of the pictures from the evening!
Christmas Morning was so fun with Tucker! Here is our family picture! Again, no judging, it was a looooooooooooong night the night before!
And, here are the rest of the pictures from the day.
All in all, we had a good Christmas! David got me an Air Popcorn Popper and I was SO excited! Tucker got loaded up with Geotrax stuff, and David got Madden NFL for the Wii. We had a great holiday spending time with family, and looking forward to next year when we have a new little addition to our own family!
For journaling purposes here are a few things we want to remember…
Tucker was starting to get anxious when we were opening the gifts since he had to wait for his turn. When we finally let him open his Mater Remote Care for his Geotrax he sat so nicely the rest of the time and just looked/”read” the back of the box. It was so cute!
It has become tradition for Pappa (my Dad) to get Tucker something 49ers for either his birthday or Christmas. This year Tucker got 49er sweats and a sweat shirt. The funny thing is that my parents got him a boys medium, and he’s really only in a 5T or maybe a boys XS. Well, Tucker is able to wear the sweatshirt without any problems, and the sweats are almost wearable as well. Just more proof that our “little” boy is growing without any problem!
On Christmas Eve we told all of my family that we are expecting another baby. The hard part was I hadn’t told my parents yet, and my brother Dan called me on our way up to Tigard and was teasing me about getting pregnant and saying that I should soon. I so badly wanted to tell him, but I knew I had to tell my parents first. So, when I called him later that night he was pretty surprised that I actually was pregnant and he told me that I had played it off well! :) Everyone was SO excited when we told them, but I think all of my nieces and nephews were the most excited!
We told David’s family we were pregnant on Christmas Day. We had his Mom open a small package that had a positive pregnancy test in it with our due date on a sheet of paper. Don’t worry, it was in a plastic bag. :) Again, everyone was pretty excited!

Im leaving a comment on a different post, because well that's more fun. Haha. We really do need to get our kiddos together someday. I just know with their little personalities, they would love to have some play time. If only we weren't like 4 states away!
