Christmas – Part 1

I promised that I would post about Christmas. And, for times sake, I’ll do it in 2 posts. Pre-Christmas and Christmas! :) We got one of the BEST Pre-Christmas Gifts this year…

Yup, that’s right, we are expecting baby number 2. I had not been feeling well for awhile and David was up sick on December 21st at about 4:00 in the morning. I had bought the pregnancy test the night before and figured since I was awake I’d take the test. We all know that morning pee is the best for a test, so I didn’t want to waste it. I about fell over when it said positive. I had only been off birth control since November 1st. So it happened MUCH fast than with Tucker (it took us 3-months with Tucker). So, we were shocked but excited! Tucker doesn’t really get that anything is going on. Anytime we say where’s the baby he points to himself. I’m sure he’ll get it sooner or later. But we’re very excited for this little one. We are 8 weeks and 4 days, so we have a ways to go. My official due date is August 27th. However, with a c-section they will do it at least 1-week early depending on the size. If this baby is anything like Tucker, they might even take the baby earlier! My Dad’s birthday is August 16th, so I’m kind of pulling for that day! So we’ll see!
