First Baby Purchase

We made our first baby purchase this weekend, which is making this baby seem a little more real. When we had Tucker, David’s older sister, Angie, was kind enough to let us use their crib. We appreciated it so much. Then she had the nerve to go and get pregnant in time for us to not be able to use it for this baby. ;) Just kidding, we are SO excited that she is expecting and glad that she has more use for the crib. So, we have been looking around and getting ideas for what we want for a crib. We had NO intention of buying one so soon, but when something this good comes along you can’t turn it down. So cute right?!?! We love it and are so excited for it to be ready for pick-up. We ordered it from JCPenny.com and got a SCREAMIN’ deal on it. This crib is on closeout and regularly sells for $419.99. After the sale price, coupons and free shipping we scored it for… wait for it… $169.99! I am SO excited! This crib will be perfect for us and will easily last us through this baby and  if we have another. It is called the Chocolate Mist “Dylan” Convertible Crib and is from the Westwood Brand. It goes from crib, to toddler bed, to full size bed. Now we just need to wait and find out what we’re having (not until April), and then we can decorate it with all of the cute bedding! :)
