Mobile Madness…

Oh my goodness…

Tucker is seriously growing too fast. I can’t believe how much he has changed from July 20th until now. It’s INSANE! He has completely mastered crawling. Well, completely mastered the army crawling. He is starting to kind of use his knees when he crawls, but he prefers the army crawl. I don’t think he’s going to be crawling long enough to master his knees though. He climbs up anything and everything and reaches for anything he sees. It definitely keeps me on my toes. He loves to pull up on the couch, the coffee table, the walls, the counters, the dresser, etc. etc. etc. And now he is walking along all of these things. He loves to stand up in the bathtub! He walks along the edge and grabs anything he can. He gets pretty bold and let’s go of the edge to free stand for a couple of seconds, and then he plops on his butt. :) He is also standing in his crib now. When we go in to get him from naps and in the morning this is what we see…

Tucker Standing in Crib (4)

We have started semi-letting him cry it out at night. We let him cry for about 5-minutes, then we will go in and lay him down and rub his head for a minute. The first night (2-nights ago) we had to do that twice, then last night we had to do it twice again, but it was easier. Hopefully tonight we only have to do it once. We’ll see! It’s hard for me, but at the same time I know that he needs to get that schedule down. He goes down for his naps like a pro, so that is AWESOME!

Now that he is teething he wants to bite everything. He has bit my toes more often than I can count, and it hurts! Here is a picture of Him in “attack” mode! :)

Tucker Attacking

Things are good with David and I. David is still loving work. We are still hoping that he will get a raise soon, but we are grateful for what we have right now. I am enjoying life as a Mom. Tucker and I are having more and more fun each day. A lot of you have asked where I am working. I am working for a guy names Louis part time doing odds and ends office work for him. I am able to do a lot of it from home which is fabulous, and anytime I have to go to his office he let’s me bring Tucker. So it is perfect.

David and I are earnestly looking for a bigger place to move to. As much as we WANT to buy right now, we just don’t feel like it’s the right time for us. We saw two GORGEOUS homes the other day. One was a townhome with 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. It was BEAUTIFUL! The other was a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom and an office that was again AMAZING! The problem was they are both out of our ward and a little farther east in Salem than we want to go. It’s hard because they are amazing and perfect, but we love our ward and don’t want to leave. So who knows! We are both confident that the right place will come available when it’s time. I am on Craigslist EVERY day, so it won’t be missed! :)

I love your son. Seriously. That's all there is to it.

Watch out. He'll start eating the crib. Ella did. And yes, crying it out is the HARDEST thing ever. Oh my gosh. I feel for you. It will be over soon though! And then it will be wonderful!

Also check forsalebyowner.com
and rmls.com
rmls is a listing of all the houses that are officially "on the market". Go to quick search and you can narrow down exactly what you want. It is a GREAT time to buy if you can make it happen! But please stay in the ward!

He sure doesn't mind his photo being taken. What a cutie!

Random question too....do you remember the name of that company that turns blogs into books? I've googled a few and some look pretty good, but I'm still not sure about it.
