Alright, I’m a Slacker
OK, now that I have a phone that allows me to check my e-mail, facebook and blogs on the go I have totally neglected my blog. SORRY! So, today I am playing catch up and I hope to stay on top of it from now on. :)
Day 21-A picture of something that makes you happy
I love this picture because this is Tucker… all of the time. He’s always so happy and playful. I hope that he carries this trait with him throughout his life. He is always so full of joy!
Day 22-What makes you different from everyone else
What makes me different from everyone else? Honestly, I don’t really know. I guess just who I am. I definitely have an opinion, and I share whenever, whether people want to hear it or not. Although, I am trying to get better at feeling a situation out before I share my opinion. I love and value my family more than anything else. I consider us our own little mafia. We will argue and bicker till the day we die, but if you try to come in and so much as step on one of our toes… watch out because you’ve heard the saying, “You mess with the bull, you get the horns”? Well, in our family, “You mess with the bull, you get the herd!” and I LOVE it! :)
Day 23-Something you crave for a lot
Definitely a legit question for a pregnant woman. The one think lately that I crave for ALL the time, is gum. And, I’ll take a gum craving over chocolate ANY day! As soon as I’m done eating I pop a piece of gum and it keeps me from possibly getting nauseas. I buy it in bulk at Costco. David laughs at me, but it woks better than anything else. :)
Day 24-A letter to your parents
Dear Mom and Dad,
Thank you for everything that you have ever done for me. I feel like right now I should say that I haven’t thanked you enough, but that would be wrong. I feel like I am most grateful for you emphasizing to my brothers and I how important it is to show our gratitude. I hope that you have always felt like I’ve been so thankful for all that you’ve done for me. So many opportunities were allowed for me in life because of your hard work in raising me to be who I am today. I am SO excited for you to come and visit us this week. A few times a day Tucker will walk past the guest room and point at the door saying, very seriously, “Maama and Papa.” He knows what’s up. : ) We look forward to a fun week with you.
Love,
Jenn

What makes you different from everyone else...You have a laugh like no one else! I have met plenty of people who are outgoing and charismatic, but I have met anyone with your infectious laugh! That must have been why I was so darn skinny in HS, always laughing with you Ali, Lisa, Amy, everyone else. You are quite possibly one of the most naturally funny and easily relatable women I have ever know!
