Moving…

Well, I went and got the keys to the house today… YAY! I am so excited to FINALLY be moving into a house. However, it is a little bittersweet the more I think about it. So I thought I would share my thoughts. :)

BITTER

• I am sad to leave the apartment because this is where I feel like we started our “adult-non-college-student” life together.
• Here at the apartment is where we were when we found out that more than just a baby was joining us, but that TUCKER was on his way. :)
• This was Tucker’s first home. We brought him home here and this is the only home has has ever known.
• Tucker first rolled over, scooted, crawled, walked and talked here.
• David got his first promotion while living here, and technically his second job. :)
• We are losing our free gym membership. :(
• I could go on and on but I don’t want to sound bitter.

SWEET

• YAY we are moving into a house, no longer an appt. # at the end of our address. (which by the way, if you want our new address leave a comment and I will e-mail it to you.)
• We are going to have a backyard and Tucker is going to LOVE it.
• Our own washer and dryer, I know lame, but I’m SO excited.
• A GARAGE! Need I say more? :)
• Room to grow as a family when the time is right.
• Christmas morning at our own tree. :)
• 3 bedrooms
• Did I mention BACKYARD! :)

So yes, I am very excited to move into the house. We are enjoying picking out all of the fun decorations. I’m hoping to get some pictures before we get all of our crap in there so I can have some before and after pictures to share with you all.
