We weren't wanting to spend an arm and a leg for a car seat. We were looking more in the range of $100 to $150 for a car seat. We actually had no intentions of buying a Britax but everyone that we talked to said that they either loved their Britax or wished they would have gotten one. And, since we got 10% on diapers.com we only paid an arm and half a leg. :) Instead of paying $279.99 we paid $251.99. So, let's just say that Tucker and his younger siblings better get some DANG good use out of this seat! :) I can't believe that Tucker is already in this big boy car seat, but that's what he is, a big boy. I will make sure and take a picture of him in his new car seat to show everyone how small he will look in it. Hopefully we will have it here by Friday. :)

Big Baby = New Car Seat
My goodness gracious! Well, since Tucker has reached the point of not fitting in his new car seat we have had to bite the big one and get him a new car seat. So after much research, deliberation, and money we have chosen...

That is a neat looking new seat! I will remember to look that brand up when Chloe get bigger. :) He will be adorable in it!
Both of our boys we had to put early into a bigger carseat! I feel for you, but at least he will be safe and secure!!! :)
Seriously, as far as baby stuff, this was the best investment we made! We switched E to this seat at 10 months and he loved it! It is so much more roomy, the straps are padded in the right spots, and the recline feature is really nice. Just wait till he gets to sit facing forward! E loves how high he sits and how much he can see! You are going to love it!
Gosh, it looks like it belongs in a limo. Nothing is too good for my perfect grandson! :) :)
I registered for a Britax Roundabout... which I don't believe they make anymore. Britax Roundabout and Marathon were highly recommended by consumer reports and had very good features. One being that the cover comes off easily and is machine washable. I think that is what we will get when Seoul gets bigger. Nice! Tucker will love it.
Pretty Sweet. I loved ours but now Kate has already outgrown it. Time for another one.
We had the opposite problem- the one year mark of a little boy who hates sitting backwards, but is too small to fit into a forward facing seat. We did it anyways. They are so much happier in the soft upright carseats!
wahoo! Britax is the best brand ever! Both Kammy and J have those and they are seriously super duper worth it! You won't regret it ;)
