Yeah...it's hotter than...

HECK! Seriously! Vegas is one hot place to be, and when I mean hot I mean hot, just look at the picture. That was the outside temperature as we pulled up to my brother and sister-in-law's house. INSANE! Sometimes I really wish we could live in Vegas because I have two brothers and here and one of my best friends, and then I come in the summer time and I want NOTHING to do with the place. My brother and sister-in-law run their AC all day and all night. That can't be cheap. It's a good thing my brother has a good job. :)
It has been so fun to be here with my family. I started my trip last wednesday in California with my brother Mike's family. He and his wife went to Tahoe for some time away, so I watched their 4 daughters. My oldest niece that I was watching, Chelsey, was a HUGE help. I could not have done it without her. I don't know how women are pregnant and survive while they already have children. It is dang hard. But they are pretty cute. Like always though, I forgot my camera so I don't have any pictures. When I go back to California in September I will take my camera.
This last Tuesday my parents and I got up early (5:00) and headed out the door about 6:15 to drive to Vegas. It was an enjoyable drive. We had to stop every 90 minutes so I could get out and stretch, that was the condition that the Dr. gave me in order for me to travel. We got here, to Dave's, about 4:45 so it wasn't too bad. We have been enjoying the company of my brother and his family. Last night my other brother, Dan, and his family came over to go swimming. It was quit entertaining to watch my two BIG brothers play in the pool with my Dad and my 5 nephews. They had so much fun. I was in for awhile with my niece Marianne, but it got too rowdy so we watched from the sidelines. At one point the dog got into the pool (she's a yellow lab) and she LOVED it! It is so funny to watch her swim. Today we went to my other brothers house for awhile to visit and then we went and met my friend Seana for lunch at McDonalds so all the kids could play. It was so good to see Seana. Tonight my Mom and my Sister-in-law Rachel and I are going to go to the strip to the Bellagio and maybe to do some shopping. So that should be fun! Hopefully we'll remember to take some pictures. Since the Bellagio is where David and I had our semi-first date, I can tell Tucker that he was there in my pregnant belly when he is older. :) I'll post again when I get home and tell you all about the rest of my trip!

Yay! I'm glad you're back! I want to hang out! I'm sure you're tired from all that travel, but you should come over or something! Give me a call...
