There is a new photographer in town. Well, in the town of Lincoln, CA that is. Her name is Katie Elmer and she does AMAZING work. She is my Sister-in-law's Sister-in-law, so we are related... kind of. Anyway, she took this picture of my niece and it is AMAZING!
