Day 1-Recent picture of you and 15 interesting facts about yourself

Our Family

Yeah, this is how often I end up in pictures. This picture was taken the beginning of last October. Oh well! It will do. Now… 15-interesting facts about myself. I make no promise that they are interesting, or new to most of you, but they are facts.

1. I am the youngest and only girl with 4-older brothers. Which is why I don’t understand girls so well, and also is why I value my friendship so much with my best girl friends. :)

2. I absolutely LOVE Jon Bon Jovi. Anything he sings I will listen to.

3. I did not truly gain my current confidence until AFTER I served a mission.

4. I served a mission for 18-months in the North Pacific. Specifically the Micronesia Guam Mission on the islands of Pohnpei and Guam.

5. My family means the WORLD to me. We are like the mafia, we can mess with each other, but no one else better mess with us. I have 7 nieces and 6 nephews whom I love each to pieces.

6. My parents have been married for 43-years which sets the bar pretty high for my brothers and I. :)

7. I played basketball from 7th to 10th grade. Note I said played and not that I was good.

8. I absolutely love to teach at church. Specifically Relief Society lessons. I learn so much.

9. It’s not the easiest thing in the world for me to go up and talk to someone I don’t know. However, I love making new friends.

10. I always have a “to-do” list somewhere in my house. And on most of those lists is listed *find to do list. :)

11. David and I were married 1-year to the day, from the day we started dating.

12. I work at the Kids Court at the gym that I workout at. It’s interesting… that’s all I’ll say! :)

13. I hate shopping for myself. However, I could shop for clothes for Tucker for HOURS!

14. I HATE cleaning the bathroom. However, I love to fold the laundry. My sister-in-law Tory and I decided that if we could design our own laundry room it would have a big screen TV and a huge bed to fold the laundry on. :)

15. I have always wanted to have children. I was always the person in Relief Society holding other people’s babies. So, you can imagine how excited I am to have another baby of my own to hold in a few months! :)
